At Compassionate Care Transportation, we’re expanding our dedicated team and seeking to hire both Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) drivers and a NEMT Dispatcher.

NEMT Drivers

We’re looking for NEMT drivers who will uphold our mission of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a driver, your responsibilities include transporting clients to and from their appointments, assisting with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and ensuring a comfortable and safe ride.

To qualify, you need to have a valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than 4 points. Prior to starting, you will be required to complete first aid and CPR training, and must also pass a pre-employment drug screening and FBI background check. Prior experience in patient care or customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.

NEMT Dispatcher

We’re also in search of a NEMT Dispatcher to efficiently coordinate our transportation services. This role involves managing ride requests, scheduling routes, and ensuring clear communication between drivers, clients, and healthcare providers. An ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a knack for solving logistical challenges.
