If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with Your Service We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Ride within 48 Hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 Hours from the date on which You Scheduled the Ride.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You Milage For The Trip But There Still Will Be A Fee For Each Leg Of The Trip Ordered. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Client safety

Client must be ready to leave and be able to be safely transported to the vehicle. If client is not ready or unable to be safely transported to the vehicle then no refund will be given.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Service to be eligible for a Refund, please make sure that:

  • You Cancel Within 48 Hours Of The Ride (Some Cases Vary Based On Time Scheduled and Other Factors Which Is At The Discretion Of Compassionate Care Transportation.
