- Real-time GPS location to track driver position
- Location data to determine which trip the driver is currently on
- Background location to monitor trip progress and provide accurate ETAs to dispatchers and clients
Device Information:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- Push notification tokens
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your driver account
- To track your real-time location during active trips
- To display your position to dispatchers and clients
- To determine which trip you are currently assigned to
- To calculate ETAs and optimize routes
- To send push notifications for new trip assignments and updates
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your location and data is shared with:
- Dispatchers managing your assigned trips
- Clients awaiting their transportation (to show driver location and ETA)
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission and secure server storage.
Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
To delete your account:

- Include your registered email address and request for account deletion
- Account deletion requests are processed within 15 days
- Upon deletion, all your personal data, trip history, and account information will be permanently removed from our systems
