Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Ride within 24 Hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 Hours from the date on which You Scheduled the Ride.

Client safety
Client must be ready to leave and be able to be safely transported to the vehicle. If client is not ready or unable to be safely transported to the vehicle then no refund will be given.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Service to be eligible for a Refund, please make sure that:
- You Cancel Within 24 Hours Of The Ride (Some Cases Vary Based On Time Scheduled and Other Factors Which Is At The Discretion Of Compassionate Care Transportation.
