Message frequency will be directly related to your scheduled transportation. You can expect messages for each trip you book with us, including confirmations, reminders, and day-of-service updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. Compassionate Care Transportation is not responsible for any charges from your carrier that may result from our SMS program.

All major mobile carriers are supported. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to Opt-Out (STOP) 🛑

You can opt-out and stop receiving text messages from us at any time. To do so, reply with the word STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP to 614-967-9887.

After you text STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, please contact our office directly or use the opt-in keyword.
